The position requires a commitment to delivering high-quality care to critically ill patients during the night shift. Key Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). • Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding to changes promptly. • Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and implement effective care plans. • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. • Educate patients and families regarding care plans and health management.
