Registered Nurse (RN) – SICU Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU). This role requires a skilled professional who is capable of providing exceptional care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities • Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the SICU. • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team. • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. • Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families. • Document patient information accurately and timely in electronic health records. Qualifications • Current nursing license in the state of practice. • Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience in a critical care setting. • BLS and ACLS certifications required. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
