Registered Nurse (RN) Location City, State Role Responsibilities • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents following established health care standards and protocols. • Monitor and assess patients’ health conditions, documenting all findings accurately. • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare team. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. • Educate residents and their families on health management and wellness practices. • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents. • Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities. Qualifications • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. • Previous experience in a long-term care or nursing home setting is preferred. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Compassionate, patient-centric approach to care. • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is a plus.
