Registered Nurse (RN) Position Overview We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide exceptional care within a dynamic emergency department. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, where you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for individuals presenting with a variety of health concerns. Location Position available in a facility located in City, State. Shift This position is for the night shift, from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM. Key Responsibilities • Conduct thorough assessments of patient conditions upon arrival. • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement care plans. • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. • Monitor and document patient progress and responses to interventions. • Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management. • Act in accordance with established protocols and guidelines to ensure patient safety and optimal care. Qualifications • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in an emergency department or similar environment. • Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license. • Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
