Unit Information • Number of Beds: 40+ • Staffing: 120+ members • Patient Ratios: 4:1 with three rooms and one hall bed in high-volume situations • Type of Equipment: Cardiac monitors, EKG machines, ultrasound, Belmont Rapid Infuser, IO drills, Lifepak, etc. • EMR: Meditech Qualifications • Required Skills: • Adaptability • Team player • Preferred Experience: • Previous high-pressure experience • Prior medical experience (RN, Medic, Technician, etc.) • Required Certifications: • BLS, ACLS, TNCC, ENPC, CPI for RN • BLS, ACLS, PALS, CPI for Medic • BLS, CPI for all staff Position Responsibilities • Perform IV starts and phlebotomy • Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms Personality Fit The ideal candidate will be outgoing and demonstrate a positive attitude under pressure.
