Physical Therapist Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality care within an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Key Responsibilities • Evaluate and assess patients’ functional abilities and limitations. • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at improving patients’ mobility and quality of life. • Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation techniques and exercises. • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care. • Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary. Qualifications • Current Physical Therapy license. • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an inpatient rehabilitation setting is preferred. • BLS – Basic Life Support certification or equivalent. Additional Information This position requires working during daytime hours, with the expectation of being available one Saturday each month. Candidates are encouraged to wear royal blue scrubs if available. Location This position is located in Warm Springs, GA.
