In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to pediatric patients in critical condition. Your expertise will ensure the highest standards of patient outcomes in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Required Qualifications: • Minimum of 1 year of current PICU RN experience • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification • Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in post-operative cardiac care • Skills in venous puncture Typical Procedures Performed • Conscious sedations • Management of respiratory failure (Endotracheal Tube, High Frequency Oscillatory Ventilation) • Chest Tube placement • Central line maintenance and care Best Personality Fit The ideal candidate will be flexible, helpful, and humble, contributing positively to our team environment and patient care standards.
