Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have outpatient case management experience and demonstrate strong communication skills while working collaboratively within a PT/PTA clinical team. Key Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive evaluations and treatment for a variety of orthopedic cases. • Manage an average caseload of 10–11 patients per day. • Conduct evaluations scheduled in 30-minute blocks, with treatment sessions lasting approximately 1–1.25 hours. • Utilize evidence-based practices to develop and implement individualized care plans. Types of Cases Seen • Achilles Tendonitis • ACL Tear • Back Pain, Post-Operative • Calf Strain • Disc Herniation • Fractures/Stress Fractures • Generalized Low Back Pain • Headache • Meniscus Tear • Osteoarthritis • Osteoporosis • Plantar Fasciitis • Postural Dysfunction • Rotator Cuff Non-Surgical Intervention • Balance Issues • Deconditioning • Neck and Back Pain • Vestibular Therapy • Manual Therapy Patient Population We serve a diverse patient population, including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. Qualifications • Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience is preferred. • New graduates are not accepted for this position. • Strong outpatient case management experience is required. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential. Schedule Details This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, with flexible scheduling options available. Clinic Hours • Monday & Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM • Tuesday & Thursday: 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM • Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM Documentation System Utilize NextGen for comprehensive patient documentation. Staff Support The clinic is supported by front desk staff, rehab aides, 2 PTs, and 1 PTA. Additional Information Dress code is business casual.
