Facility Information Location: San Antonio, TX • Unit Capacity: 10 Labor and Delivery Rooms, 2 Operating Rooms, 2 Triage Areas • Patient Ratios: Following AWHONN guidelines • Instrumentation: Updated HillRom and GE equipment • Electronic Medical Record (EMR) System: Expanse for documentation, CPN for monitoring Shifts and Scheduling • Rotating weekends are required • Holiday coverage will be included Responsibilities • Provide care for Labor and Delivery patients • Deliver postpartum couplet care Requirements Experience and Skills • Must Have: • Experience in Labor and Delivery • Able to circulate in the Operating Room for cesarean sections • Preferred Skills: • Experience in Labor and Postpartum care • Experience in Triage Certifications • NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) • AWHONN FM (Fetal Monitoring) • BLS (Basic Life Support) • ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) Best Personality Fit Ideal candidates should be energetic and ready to support a collaborative team environment.
