Veterinary Sales New Jersey – Newark. Our client is hiring a Veterinary Sales New Jersey Representative for the territory to generate sales by calling on existing customers, sales leads and potential animal health or research opportunities in assigned region and to provide ongoing customer education and support. The incumbent will develop and maintain a complete understanding of our client’s products and services. The incumbent will travel extensively during the day and occasionally overnight. The incumbent will generate new business and business leads and will provide ongoing customer support including supporting customers with product or technical calls. Qualifications include Minimum of an Associates Degree (Bachelors Degree preferred) preferably with a science or business emphasis. Outside sales experience preferably selling to veterinarians is required. A veterinary technician background would be of interest as well. Good oral and written skills is important along with good active listening ability. Basic computer skills: word processing, spreadsheets is necessary.
