Ft Lauderdale has so much to do, but with its warm, crystal clear, and turquoise waters, it’s more of a relax-on-the-beach type of city. In fact, Ft Lauderdale is famous for its tropical beaches. And since Ft. Lauderdale is located near the southern tip of Florida, it’s also known for its rich, natural beauty, fresh seafood, and Latin-inspired restaurants. Along with the pristine beaches, Ft Lauderdale is a great place to shop, take gondola rides on the ‘Venice of America’ water canals, take in live mermaid shows, eat in culturally diverse eateries, experience river ghost tours, and even nighttime wildlife tours. With cruise ports nearby and a huge international airport in the city, traveling to other parts of the world is easy, even though you might never want to leave the incredible place that Ft Lauderdale is!
