An ideal candidate for this position is someone who has had multi-site leadership experience as this is a large operation with multiple departments. Key Responsibilities • Provide leadership and oversight of hospital business operations, operational efficiency, and service standards. • Partner with medical leadership on strategic goals, clinical operations, and growth initiatives. • Develop and monitor key performance indicators and implement operational improvements. • Oversee budgeting, financial performance, expense management, and resource planning. • Lead, mentor, and develop managers, supervisors, and support teams; strengthen employee engagement and retention. • Promote exceptional client service, effective workflows, regulatory compliance, and workplace safety.
