Focused on utility-scale Solar PV and BESS projects with a global remit (North America, Asia-Pacific). Seeking senior candidates in Orange County, California. Role: Reporting into the Director of Investments. Supporting transactions across the United States, Asia Pacific, and Europe. Role created out of growth. Key responsibilities: Lead fund / project level fundraising. Develop and manage relationships across breadth of partners and funds. Structure and execute GP-LP fundraises, investments, project / preferred equity, capital solutions. Presentations / pitch decks for a range of stakeholders. Coordinate fund structuring, tax equity / leverage / project finance strategies, and legal / tax / regulatory considerations. Lead negotiations on term sheets, LPAs, and other letters / agreements. Represent the company globally. Key Requirements: Seeking professionals with upwards of 8 years of experience depending on the candidate. Must have some experience in the renewable energy industry in a similar capacity. PE / Infra PE / PF experience Relationships with funds, LP (Limited Partners)s Proven track record of closing fundraises / large equity rounds Strong understanding of infra fund structures, renewable project economics, risk allocation, return profiles Ability to work across cultures
