Multi-Channel & Consumer Marketing Planner Location: Mettawa, IL Schedule: Hybrid – Tuesday–Thursday onsite, Monday/Friday remote Contract Duration: 12 Months Travel: Up to 10% $52-$57/HR based on benefit selections Orion Group is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager II to support payer marketing strategies for a leading pharmaceutical company's Immunology portfolio. This role will focus on developing and executing marketing initiatives that improve market access, support product launches, and communicate product value to healthcare decision-makers. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute payer marketing strategies, promotional materials, and market access initiatives. • Support product and indication launches, including tracking payer formulary adoption. • Analyze payer policies, market trends, competitive insights, and marketing performance to guide strategic decisions. • Collaborate with Market Access, Brand Marketing, Medical, Regulatory, Analytics, and external agencies. • Manage multiple marketing projects, timelines, budgets, and material approvals through Veeva. • Develop compelling content and value propositions to support payer engagement and field teams. Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. • 3+ years of pharmaceutical marketing experience. • Experience with Veeva and payer policy documents. • Strong project management, data analysis, and budget tracking skills. • Experience developing marketing strategies, content, and competitive assessments. • Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications • Payer marketing, market access, or managed markets experience. • Pharmaceutical product or indication launch experience. • Immunology, dermatology, or specialty pharmaceutical experience. • MBA or advanced degree. • Knowledge of payer formulary processes, reimbursement, and healthcare market trends.
