The attorney will work directly with the managing partner on contract disputes, construction litigation, commercial real estate matters, and other complex commercial disputes. Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery; conducting legal research; taking and defending depositions; appearing in court; and preparing cases for mediation, settlement, and trial. • Candidates must be admitted to the California Bar.
