MAKE YOUR NEXT MOVE COUNT An established litigation team in Irvine, CA, is seeking an attorney for a substantive consumer litigation role. • The opportunity is primarily focused on attorneys with 6–10 years of litigation experience, with attorneys beginning around 3–4 years potentially considered based on overall qualifications. • Relevant experience includes consumer litigation, consumer warranty, products liability, personal injury defense, or employment litigation. Direct lemon-law experience is helpful, but not required. • The role involves legal research, motions, discovery, depositions, expert discovery, case strategy, CMCs, and trial preparation.
