Workers’ Compensation Defense Attorney An established California defense and trial practice is seeking a Workers’ Compensation Defense Attorney with a minimum of five years of workers’ compensation defense experience. This fully remote opportunity is designed for attorneys who are comfortable independently managing a full caseload and appearing regularly before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board. The practice maintains a strong emphasis on collaboration, client service, and long-term professional stability. Attorneys work closely with clients and colleagues to develop effective litigation strategies and deliver high-quality legal representation throughout California. Position Summary The attorney selected for this role will be responsible for handling workers’ compensation defense matters from inception through resolution. The position requires independent case management, regular WCAB appearances, strategic litigation planning, and ongoing communication with clients and other stakeholders.
