With a starting pay of $18/hour, you’ll play a critical role in keeping operations safe, secure, and running smoothly. *shifts are typically 10 or 12 hours / 3-4 days a week Call Center Representative Responsibilities - Monitor alarm systems and respond swiftly to fire or intrusion signals - Coordinate emergency responses with law enforcement and first responders - Be the go-to communicator for after-hours calls and crises - Maintain strict confidentiality in sensitive situations - Support store teams with remote training and alarm troubleshooting - Manage key requests and PIN code updates for all facilities - Handle dispatching of service calls for retail Loss Prevention systems Call Center Representative Requirements - 1-2 years of relevant customer service experience (dispatch or call center is preferred) - High school diploma required - Excellent verbal communication and multitasking skills - Able to work fully on-site in Salisbury, NC Key Details - Compensation: $17.00-18.00 per hour - Benefits: Our consultants are eligible to enroll in benefits such as medical, dental, and vision. - Location: Salisbury, NC - Work Model: Onsite - Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire - Schedule: 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact—and earn $18/hour doing it.
