Responsibilities - Manage high-volume recruiting activities, including calling, screening, calendaring, and attending on-site interview days. - Coordinate the interview process by gathering client feedback and ensuring timely communication. - Support the hiring process for roles across corporate and manufacturing settings. - Drive the workflow independently while collaborating with onsite HR and supporting recruiters remotely. - Utilize organizational skills and high-volume experience to meet urgent staffing needs. Qualifications - Bachelors degree required - 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition - Mid-large size company experience preferred - Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate fast-paced, high-volume hiring efforts.
