LaSalle Network has partnered with a client seeking a Supervisor to lead a team within a high-volume Title Center operation. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys coaching employees, solving problems, managing performance, and working in a fast-paced environment. Title Center experience is preferred but not required for candidates with strong supervisory or team lead experience in customer service, operations, logistics, claims, call center, or other KPI-driven environments. Responsibilities: - Supervise, coach, and support a team of approximately 29 employees - Monitor productivity, accuracy, attendance, and other performance metrics - Provide feedback and address performance and attendance concerns - Build strong working relationships and support employee development - Identify operational issues and implement solutions - Review reports and performance data to identify trends and opportunities - Help maintain a high level of customer service and operational efficiency Qualifications: - Previous supervisory, team lead, or people leadership experience - Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills - Experience working in a high-volume, KPI-driven environment - Ability to provide feedback and address performance concerns professionally - Customer service experience preferred - Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including reports and PivotTables - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Additional Details: - Location: Atlanta, Georgia - Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM - Work Arrangement: Fully Onsite - Salary: $40,000 - 50,000 annually - Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision insurance - Employment Type: Direct Hire If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and excited to manage a growing team, we’d love to hear from you!
