Years of Experience: 4 to 6 years This is a hands-on analytics role, with a strong focus on audience segmentation and targeting, campaign measurement, experimentation and incrementality analysis. We’re looking for someone who can translate business questions into the right audience logic, independently run rigorous analysis, and determine which interventions and segments are actually driving impact. Strong SQL, data modelling and pipeline skills are also important to make this work scalable and repeatable.
