Do you ascribe to the belief that “Play is the work of children” ? - if so, you will have found a match in this household with dual career parents, a 3.5 year-old and 5-month-old. These parents appreciate a professional nanny that is able to facilitate creativity, play, and hands-on learning - whether it’s digging in the dirt, painting, or reading a book. This could be an ideal position for someone with classroom experience that prefers being 1:1 with children or a professional nanny who loves the idea of getting kids outside for adventures! While the 3.5 year old will be in school full days next year, your day will be spent mainly with the 5-month-old. This family is hoping to find a nanny that is looking for a long term position to grow with their family and be that important and consistent presence that will help foster their sense of curiosity and wonder.
