A warm and welcoming first-time family in Arlington is looking for a professional career nanny to care for their sweet 6-month-old baby starting in August or September. This is a long-term position for someone who is passionate about early childhood development and is excited to partner with first-time parents on this new journey. The ideal candidate is not only experienced with infants, but also knowledgeable about developmental milestones and enjoys working collaboratively as part of a team. The family lives in a beautiful but hilly neighborhood that isn’t very walkable, so a safe and confident driver is essential—especially for outings to music classes, parks, and other fun activities. This is a fantastic opportunity for a loving, reliable nanny who wants to grow with a kind and communicative family. Top Pay + Health Insurance + Benefits
