A busy family in McLean is seeking a professional, reliable full-time nanny to care for their two little ones, an almost 2-year-old and a newborn. With both parents working full-time, they deeply value a caregiver who is dependable, respectful, and truly committed to being part of the team. While big outings aren't expected early on, the family lives in a walkable area and would love someone who enjoys fresh-air strolls and keeping the little ones engaged. They're looking for a proactive self-starter who can anticipate needs; whether that means rotating toys, encouraging developmental milestones, or letting them know when kiddo supplies are running low. If you're someone who’s responsible, calm, go-with-the-flow, and loves supporting early childhood growth, this could be a perfect long-term opportunity. A love for dogs is a plus, as their friendly pup is part of the crew! Great Pay + OT Pay + Health Insurance + Benefits
