A welcoming family in McLean is seeking a professional, reliable nanny to care for their 2-year-old, with a new baby on the way. They are looking for someone outgoing and social who enjoys planning playdates, organizing meetups with other nannies, and keeping their toddler active, engaged, and stimulated throughout the day. A strong focus on nutrition is important, including preparing healthy meals, encouraging a well-rounded palate, and supporting positive eating habits. Once Mom’s maternity leave concludes, the role will expand to include attentive care for both children, so confidence in managing a toddler and infant is essential. The family also has two dogs, so comfort around pets is important. Great pay + Health Insurance + Benefits
