The Cardiology locums position in California… -Location: Orange County, CA -Duration: December - June (potential for extension) -Schedule: 1-2 weeks per month -Shift: Monday 8a-Monday 8a (not able to consider weekends only at this time) -Call: 24 hour -Scope: clinic in the morning, inpatient cardiology in the afternoons to include, rounds, consults, stat EKGs, stabilize and transfer any patients needing intervention. Last patient seen at 5p each day and will hold until the next morning. -Volumes: 10 patients per day in clinic, 3 new consults and 5 follow-ups per day -EMR: Epic -Hospital: 70 beds, 8 bed ICU -Required: Board certified in Cardiology with a California license and California DEA *Mileage, Hotel, and Malpractice - PAID for locum opportunities * *Assistance with credentialing provided – estimated 30-45 days *
