What We’re Looking For: • • Prior experience in a security or law enforcement role • • Strong observational and situational awareness skills. • • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure. • • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • • Proficiency in the use of security equipment and technology. • • Valid security guard license • • Ability to pass a background screening. • • Strong attention to detail • • Excellent communication skills • • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with ease • • Excellent customer service skills • • Proven minimum 2-year experience as security officer with references to confirm. • • Standing, moving, traversing and walking for extended periods are essential functions of this position. Responsibilities: • • Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents, alarms, and emergencies. • • Implement and enforce security policies and procedures. • • Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary. • • Conduct regular patrols to detect and deter potential security threats. • • Provide detailed and accurate reports on security incidents and daily activities. • • Maintain a high level of physical fitness and readiness to respond to tactical situations proactively and within your site post orders. • • Provide attentive assistance to all customers. • • Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and staff • • Provide exceptional customer service and assistance when needed • • Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies • • Maintain impeccable appearance/groomed in Narrow Security Uniform • • Must be reliable and ** PUNCTUAL **.
