We are seeking an experienced Oracle EDMCS Consultant to support a strategic finance transformation initiative within a leading banking/financial services organization. This consultant will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise data governance processes across finance, risk, and reporting functions. The ideal candidate brings hands-on Oracle EDM Cloud experience, strong understanding of financial hierarchies/master data governance, and prior experience supporting complex financial institutions. Responsibilities • Lead configuration and administration of Oracle EDM Cloud environments • Design and maintain enterprise hierarchies, mappings, viewpoints, and subscriptions across finance and reporting systems • Support governance of key master data domains including: Chart of Accounts, Legal Entities, Cost Centers, Products and Intercompany structures • Partner with Finance, FP&A, Accounting, Risk, and IT stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate into EDM solutions • Build and optimize approval workflows, validations, request forms, and change management processes • Support integrations between Oracle EDM and broader Oracle EPM ecosystem, including: FCCS, EPBCS/PBCS, ARCS, ERP/GL platforms (Oracle Fusion, EBS, SAP, etc.) • Assist with data governance strategy, controls, and audit readiness in a regulated financial environment • Support testing, UAT, documentation, and end-user training Required Qualifications • 4+ years of Oracle EPM experience with strong focus on Oracle EDM Cloud • Hands-on experience implementing or supporting Oracle EDM in production environments • Prior experience in banking, capital markets, asset management, insurance, or broader financial services • Strong understanding of master data governance, financial hierarchies, metadata management and regulatory/reporting structures • Experience with Oracle EPM integrations and metadata synchronization • Ability to work cross-functionally with both business and technical teams Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Oracle Cloud EPM suite (FCCS, EPBCS, ARCS) • Exposure to Oracle Fusion ERP or Oracle EBS • Knowledge of financial/regulatory reporting requirements (Basel, CCAR, SOX, etc.) • Prior consulting experience within enterprise finance transformation programs
