Responsibilities The typical day will go something like this: • Perform preventative and general maintenance on a scheduled basis • Conduct daily building/equipment tours • Perform other duties as assigned Shift: 9:30 AM-6:00 PM, Monday-Friday Salary: $25.00 per hour Parking provided at building Qualifications What we are looking for: • High School Diploma • Driver's License • Must be able to pass government background check • 2+ years' experience • Basic knowledge in electrical, HVAC and plumbing • Ability to perform preventive maintenance on various types of equipment • Dependable and reliable EOE, including disability/veterans
