Call Center Representative Location: Milwaukee, WI, Onsite Pay Rate: $17/HR Employment Type: Full-Time, Shift Information: 8am-4:30 pm or last call waiting in Queue- Monday-Friday Job Summary: As a Full-Time Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls regarding child support receipts and disbursements handle standards in a fast-paced, large call volume environment. Utilize multiple computerized systems, multi-tasking, and document each call. Respond to Wisconsin child support inquiries, and complaints, using a standard script and procedures. Gather information and research/resolve inquiries. Callers about the services available and assess caller's needs.
