Ideal for nurses who value flexibility and thrive in dynamic, team-based environments. Responsibilities • Deliver safe and effective chemotherapy and infusion treatments • Monitor patients for reactions and intervene appropriately • Maintain high standards of patient care and safety • Adapt quickly to different clinic environments and teams • Document accurately within EMR systems • Uphold PPE and safety protocols at all times Ideal Candidate • Experienced in outpatient oncology or infusion nursing • Comfortable with varying workflows and patient volumes • Strong clinical judgment and adaptability • Excellent communicator with a patient-first mindset • Reliable and able to travel between locations Required Qualifications • Active AZ RN License • ONS Chemo/Bio Certification or OCN required • Current CPR certification • Valid driver’s license Make an Impact—On Your Schedule At Ironwood, ALL members play a critical role in delivering compassionate, high-quality cancer care.
