This community offers 69 independent living units, 75 assisted living, and 38 memory care units. What You’ll Do: • Inspire, coach, and develop department leaders and team members to achieve individual and organizational success • Ensure exceptional resident care, hospitality, and satisfaction through quality programs and services • Drive occupancy and financial performance through strategic planning and partnership with sales and marketing teams • Develop and manage operating budgets while ensuring fiscal responsibility • Build strong relationships with residents, families, employees, healthcare partners, and the local community • Partner with regional leadership to execute organizational goals and long-term strategic initiatives What We’re Looking For: • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, hospitality, or related field • 5+ years of progressive leadership experience within senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or a related service industry • Provide experience leading large teams and managing multi-department operations • Strong financial acumen, including budget, forecasting, and operational planning • Exceptional communication, relationship building, and leadership skills • Passion for serving older adults and creating exceptional resident experiences Why Join Us?
