Key Responsibilities & Duties • Design and implement AI-driven models, tools, and workflows tailored to business needs. • Develop and maintain AI features in products, such as chat agents and automation pipelines. • Research, prototype, and deploy AI applications using Python and advanced frameworks. • Collaborate with domain experts to identify and execute high-value AI use cases. • Implement retrieval augmented generation (RAG) and function calling integrations. • Ensure seamless integration of AI solutions with existing systems and workflows. • Engage in continuous learning to stay ahead in AI technologies and methodologies. • Contribute to the development of innovative solutions for the financial services sector. Job Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is required. • Proficiency in Python programming and experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain. • Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and building MCP servers/clients. • Knowledge of vector stores and retrieval augmented generation (RAG) techniques. • Experience in financial services or hedge fund environments is preferred. • Master’s or Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence or Computer Science is a plus. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex challenges. • Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote and on-site collaboration.
