Senior Vice President of Loan Operations Job Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred. • 12+ years of progressive experience in loan operations, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles. • Deep understanding of syndicated loans, private credit, and bilateral lending processes. • Proven track record of managing global teams and driving operational improvements. • Strong project management skills and experience with system implementations. • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. • Experience with automation tools and systems like Aexeo, Sentry, and CitcoRecs. • Ability to contribute to strategic direction through governance committees and initiatives.
