Analyze service history, product usage, issue trends, field observations, customer feedback, and operating data to identify recurring risks, adoption barriers, and improvement priorities.
•
Elicit, document, validate, and prioritize field, customer, service, and business requirements for product enhancements, workflows, reporting, and support processes.
•
Maintain traceable technical decisions, requirements, test evidence, lessons learned, action items, and improvement recommendations; communicate status, risks, and business impact to accountable stakeholders.
