Material Services-1st shift IB-Tech is looking for a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Material Services team member to support daily manufacturing operations. This role helps ensure materials are received, tracked, and delivered where they’re needed to keep production running efficiently. Education & Experience Requirements • 1–2 years of relevant, job-specific experience. • Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire others. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. • Experience with Plex or other ERP systems preferred. Primary Roles & Responsibilities • Maintain 5S standards and workplace organization. • Manage warehouse operations and material control for imported and domestic materials. • Oversee all cycle counts at Warehouse #2 and maintain inventory accuracy. • Coordinate daily manpower assignments. • Manage receiving operations, FIFO material pulling, and pass-through inventory control. • Coordinate return trailers in transit to IBT. • Oversee returnable container control and shipments to Japan. • Identify and resolve operational issues within assigned responsibilities. • Perform additional duties as assigned. • Complete required training in accordance with IB-Tech’s training matrix and applicable ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
