Successful Machine Operators come from a variety of backgrounds, including culinary and food production, hospitality, automotive service, military service, retail leadership, and other fast-paced environments where reliability, attention to detail, and personal accountability are essential. Physical Requirements This position requires the ability to stand and remain physically active for up to 12 hours, perform repetitive tasks, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment.
