At Kuehne+Nagel, your contribution goes far beyond the warehouse—it helps shape the flow of global trade. ‎ You will have overall responsibility for leading and coordinating daily warehouse operations to ensure the efficient performance of your assigned area. As a Team Lead, you will provide day-to-day guidance and support to warehouse associates, help monitor productivity and quality standards, and ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and on time. You will assist with training and coaching team members, assigning daily tasks, resolving operational issues, and promoting a positive, team-oriented work environment. In addition, you will support inventory accuracy, shipping and receiving activities, process improvements, and compliance with company policies and OSHA safety standards. Working closely with management, you will help drive operational excellence while ensuring customer expectations and service commitments are met.
