Technical: • Handling escalated tickets from L1 & L2 team for higher priority issues. • Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain VOIP phone service utilizing: - • Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) cluster v11.5 • Cisco Unity Connection v11.5 • Cisco Prime License Manager v11.5 • SBC , T1/E1 and MGCP gateway maintenance • Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Call center functionality utilizing: - • Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX) v11.5 • Cisco Unity connection v11.5 • Cisco Finesse, Cisco SIP and SCCP phones • Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Video Collaboration systems utilizing:- • Cisco Telepresence, VSC Enpoints, VSC-C (Control), VCS-E (Expressway) and Zoom Mandatory skills: · Expert Level support for IP Telephony voice and video Product. · Cisco Collaboration –VCS, MCU, TMS /Call manager. · Zoom/CISCO –Video Solution · Zoom Administration · Microsoft Teams · MDM – Mobile Device management -Mobile IRON · CISCO Unity.
