Our cashiers are the face of our business and deliver excellent customer service by providing food and beverages to our guests! This is the position for you if you enjoy high volume & fast paced operations and providing excellent customer service. This position is considered an Hourly/ Seasonal/ Part-Time Employee Job Responsibilities • Accurately operate a register/Point of sale (POS) and process Broncos Plus transactions • Greet and assist customers with friendly dialogue and helpful suggestions • Maintain a count on employee meal vouchers and waste for stand paperwork • Be knowledgeable on menu items and prices, specialty promotions, and Broncos Plus • Assists in setting up, maintaining and tearing-down a concession stand • Complete opening and closing procedures as assigned by the Stand Lead and Concessions Supervisor • Ensure product in their area is stocked to appropriate levels throughout service and replenish items as needed • Adhere to all alcohol service policies and food and safety guidelines • Maintains excellent, friendly, and efficient customer service and positive demeanor towards guests, customers, clients, and co-workers • Ensures security of company assets • Accepts constructive feedback and provides ideas, concerns to and from leadership Qualifications • 18 years of age or older (required) • Valid TEAM or ServSafe alcohol certification (required • Accurately operate a register/Point of sale (POS) and process Broncos Plus transactions • Previous customer service experience preferred • Previous cash handling experience preferred • Basic math & counting skills required • Must be able to work independently with limited supervision • Complete Food Handler and Alcohol Service trainings as required by location About Aramark Our Mission Rooted in service and united by our purpose, we strive to do great things for each other, our partners, our communities, and our planet.
