Hands on experience in SAP CS master data, technical object management, SAP CS business processes Ex: Refurbishment, preventive maintenance etc. Define Notification types, Status profiles, action profiles, and warranties. Hands on experience in AMC, Repair at onsite, In-house repair and Third-party process. Configuration of Service orders with Resource related billing and DIP Profiles. Ability to write detailed functional specifications for outputs, interfaces, and custom functionalities. Knowledge in User exits, BAPI and uploading tools like LSMW, BDC & LTMC. Should have worked on domestic projects with GST taxation. SAP Certification is an advantage. Experience: 6-10 years of relevant experience in SAP along with strong sales domain in any of the industries like FMCG, Retail, Trading, Automobile, Retail, Pharma, Cement, Textiles.
