What your day will look like • Preparing and executing menu items to the highest quality standards. • Following established recipes, portioning requirements, and plating guidelines. • Maintaining a clean, organized, and food-safe workstation. • Assisting with food preparation and station setup before service. • Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and successful service periods. • Supporting overall kitchen operations while adhering to company and food safety standards.
