Job Summary Mohawk Valley Health System (MVHS) is currently seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider to join our Urology team. This full-time position will provide the opportunity to offer comprehensive urologic care across both inpatient, and outpatient settings. Responsibilities will include patient evaluation, diagnosis and treatment, consultations, follow up care, and coordination with the urology team. This position includes rotating hospital coverage allowing for further collaboration with MVHS’s experienced and multidisciplinary team. Licensure/Certification Requirements REQUIRED: • Current NYS Nurse Practitioner licenses OR Current NYS license as a Physician Assistant with prescription privileges. • Current BCLS, ACLS certifications.
