Position Highlights • Competitive Compensation & Benefits Package • Guaranteed Base Salary: $575,000 - $700,000 • Unlimited productivity incentives beginning in year one • Up to $150,000 sign-on bonus • $50,000 fellowship stipend for eligible candidates • Relocation reimbursement up to $25,000 • Continued Medical Education time and reimbursement • Shared call schedule promoting work-life balance • Accredited Cancer Center • Multidisciplinary Tumor Board providing collaborative treatment planning • Excellent NP/PA support allowing physicians to practice at the top of their license • Strong referral base ensuring a steady flow of new patients • Academic environment with opportunities to teach medical students and residents • Established collaborations with: • Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, Dana Farber Cancer Center & Boston-based oncology partners, University of Rochester Medical, Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center Education/Experience Requirements REQUIRED: • Medical degree (M.D. or D.O.) and successful completion of a residency and internship. • Experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified, which may include residency in a directly related medical specialty. • Knowledge of legal and ethical standards for the delivery of medical care. • Ability to maintain quality, safety, and/or infection control standards. • Knowledge of community medical diagnostic and patient care services in area of medical expertise. • Ability to supervise, advise, and train clinical professionals and/or students in area of expertise. • Knowledge of relevant drugs and non-pharmaceutical patient care aids and ability to prescribe dosages and instruct patients in correct usage. • Ability to develop and present educational programs and/or workshops. • Knowledge of current principles, methods and procedures for the delivery of medical evaluation, diagnosis and treatment in area of expertise. • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment. • Knowledge of related accreditation and certification requirements. • Ability to observe, assess, and record symptoms, reactions, and progress. • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
