Job Summary Under the direction of the Director of CDI & Coding the Coding Supervisor will maximize organization resources to effectively supervise the coding team. The Coding Supervisor will monitor coders for quality and productivity. Core Job Responsibilities • Supervise and establish competencies and work flows processes for coding staff. Ensure staff follows procedures, protocols, and processes. • Provide training mechanisms and implement training modules • Develop, review and recommend updates and solutions for work action standards • Refer performance issues to senior management • Evaluate processes, update, and implement new policies and procedure documents • Perform other duties as required.
