Job Summary Mohawk Valley Health System (MVHS) is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our established Family Medicine team. Licensure/Certification Requirements REQUIRED: • Current NYS Nurse Practitioner licenses OR Current NYS license as a Physician Assistant with prescription privileges. • Current BCLS, ACLS certifications.
