Join a growing team leading the creation and delivery of world-class dealer service technician training for Bobcat equipment at the 44,000 sq ft Doosan Bobcat Training Center in Aurora, CO. Fully leverage the facility’s multiple classrooms, component tear-down rooms, and expansive shop – complete with a wide range of tools, simulators, and equipment. The Service Training Specialist develops, delivers, and enhances technical training programs that support Bobcat's dealer network and service channel. This role provides expertise in service procedures, troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, and product support, while contributing to curriculum development, training delivery, and continuous improvement initiatives. Scope and responsibility may vary based on experience, ranging from supporting training activities to leading complex programs and providing strategic guidance for service training and dealer development.
