Trusts & Estates Attorney (Associate) Overview A large, sophisticated law firm (100+ attorneys) is conducting a confidential search for an Estates & Trusts Associate Attorney to join its Wills, Trusts & Estates practice in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on a hybrid basis. The ideal start date is October 5, 2026 (or within the next month or so). This role offers meaningful client-facing work, close collaboration with partners, and opportunities to grow within a well-resourced private client practice. Responsibilities • Handle a broad range of matters within wills, trusts, and estates, with an emphasis on estates. • Work directly with partners and other senior attorneys on client matters. • Contribute to practice development, including building and supporting client relationships. • Participate in firm initiatives, including the ability to join firm committees. • Support team development, with opportunities over time to mentor junior associates. Qualifications • J.D. • Active Pennsylvania bar license in good standing. • 3–5 years of relevant experience in wills, trusts, and estates, including estates-focused work.
