Associate Position in NYC Focused on High-Value Commercial Real Estate Projects Our client seeks an Associate Attorney to join its Real Estate Law practice in New York City, with a focus on high-value commercial real estate projects and commercial leasing. This is an on-site (4 days a week in-person) role based in Manhattan. The ideal start date is immediately (target: September 7, 2026). Responsibilities • Support commercial real estate matters, with a primary focus on commercial leasing. • Handle all stages of the commercial lease lifecycle, including related drafting, review, and negotiation work. • Collaborate closely with partners and contribute to the execution of high-value commercial real estate projects. Qualifications • 0–3 years of experience as an attorney. • Active New York bar license. • Demonstrated experience handling all stages of the commercial lease lifecycle. • Experience in commercial real estate; commercial leases experience is preferred.
