Major, Lindsey & Africa’s client has an immediate need for a Marketing Paralegal. Overview: Our client is seeking a Marketing Paralegal. Company: Food and beverage company Experience: Successful candidates will have at least 5 years of relevant experience Location: Remote Responsibilities Include: • Review advertising, marketing and promotional materials for consumer products, including product packaging and labels, websites, social media posts, digital advertising, email campaigns, promotional materials and other consumer-facing content • Review product claims, marketing copy, and social media content for appropriate advertising, consumer protection, regulatory requirements • Review, draft and negotiate marketing, advertising, influencer, sponsorship and related vendor agreements • Partner with marketing and other business teams to facilitate timely legal review and approval of campaigns and consumer-facing materials • Escalate marketing, advertising, regulatory or product-labeling issues to attorneys as appropriate Qualifications Include: • 5+ years of relevant experience as a marketing paralegal • Prior experience supporting marketing/advertising review for a consumer products company; prior experience with food and beverage is a plus • Demonstrated experience working within a lean legal team and managing multiple needs in a fast-paced environment Pay Range: $65-85/hour Job ID: 261669 Information regarding benefits can be found on MLA’s Website on the Consultant Resources Page: https://www.mlaglobal.com/en/consultant-resources All interested and qualified candidates should apply directly with Major, Lindsey & Africa for review and consideration.
